November – Mondays – Lunch 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. by donation at the Warren Twp. Community Center on SR 212 in New Cumberland.  The Loft Resale Shop open 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.  

Nov. 11 – Spaghetti Dinner 6-8 p.m. at Carrollton Eagles, Brenner Rd. Veterans eat for free. Open to the public.

Nov. 11 – Carroll County Animal Protection League meeting at Carroll County District Library meeting room. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. The library is located at 70 2nd St. NE, Carrollton.

Nov. 13 – Beginning Calligraphy with Lynda Rimke 1-3:30 p.m. at Carroll County Arts Center. Cost is $35. Call 330-627-3739 to register. 

Nov. 17 – “Owls and Hawks” presented by Nancy Owen at Carroll County District Library at 5:30 p.m. Registration required. 

Nov. 19 – Giving Thanks Story Time at Malvern Branch Library from 10:30-11:30 a.m. For ages 6 and younger. Stories, crafts and games. For info, call 330-863-0636. The library is located at 710 E. Porter St., Malvern.

Nov. 19 – Warren Twp. Community Center annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner & Christmas Tree Lighting 4-7 p.m. By donation. Proceeds go to assist local families for Christmas.  

Nov. 20 – Loudon Twp. Community Center annual Pie Sale beginning at 10 a.m. in the Hospice parking lot on Canton Rd., Carrollton. All proceeds benefit the community center. To make a monetary donation or donate a pie, call Judy at 330-323-5610 or Donna at 330-340-5298.

Nov. 20 – Make three fabric Christmas trees with Laura Greathouse at 1 p.m. at Carroll County Arts Center. Cost is $35. Call 330-627-3739 to register. 

Nov. 23 – Book Discussion “LaRose” by Louise Erdich at 6 p.m. at Carroll County District Library. 

Nov. 26 – Unveiling of Trees from 6:30-8:30 p.m. p.m. at the McCook House Civil War Museum in Carrollton. The Museum will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., also. The event is free. Donations are welcome.

Nov. 27 – McCook House Civil War Museum ‘Unveiling of the Trees’ and Christmas Concert featuring Kathy Horn and Tim Tilmant at 6:30 p.m.at the McCook House in Carrollton from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free. Donations are welcome.
