Terry Wayne Poindexter, 65, of Minerva, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020, at Aultman Health Foundation.

Born May 25, 1954, in Oklahoma City, OK, he was a son to Joan (Fosnaught) Poindexter.

Terry worked at Timken Steel in maintenance.

Terry is survived by his wife, Joyce Poindexter of Minerva; a son; a daughter; two stepdaughters; six grandchildren; and two sisters.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Clyde Newbauer; and two sisters.

Funeral service will be held April 16 at 11 a.m. in Bartley Funeral Home, 205 W. Lincoln Way, Minerva, with Rev. Dan Edwards of Waco Epworth United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home.
