Kenneth “Midget” Blanchard, 73, of Minerva, died Friday, June 4, 2021, in Aultman Hospital.

Born March 2, 1948, in Canton, he was a son to the late Chester and Betty Jane (Hole) Blanchard.

He was in sales all of his life. He graduated from Marlington High School in 1966, was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Tadmor Shrine. He was an avid motorcyclist and classic car collector. He was the “Leader of the Pack” and a great joke teller.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Nancy (Warden) Blanchard, whom he married Dec. 6, 1980; two daughters, Brandi (Rich) Eastman of NC, and Brook (Lance) Gram of Alliance; two sisters, Barbara Wentz and Beverly (Gary) Bossert, both of North Canton; four grandchildren, Nicholas Clapper, Aleigha Vogus, Livian Gram and Bryce Gram.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kenzi Blanchard.

Following cremation, a memorial service was held June 9 in Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Chaplain Terry Livengood officiating.
