John William Featheringham Jr., 69, of Minerva, passed away at Minerva Healthcare & Rehabilitation Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021.

Born March 22, 1952, in Canton, he was a son to John W. Featheringham Sr. and Betty (Morrow) Walter.

John retired from Republic Steel. He enjoyed his many friends, motorcycles and trucks. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

John is survived by his son, John D. (Kristy) Featheringham of Carrollton; three grandsons, John D. Featheringham Jr, Kenneth W. Featheringham, and Jacob E. Featheringham, all of Carrollton; a sister, Karla Seibel of Mansfield; two brothers, Joseph (Susan) Featheringham of Minerva and David “Waldo” Walter of Malvern; two nephews, Kirk Featheringham of Randolph, and Dana Featheringham of Louisville; and two nieces, Kandice Featheringham of Canton, and Amanda Preas of Minerva.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Rob Seibel, and a nephew, Scott Seibel.
