James Joseph McVerry, 87, of Malvern, died Nov. 11, 2021, at his residence.

He was born May 26, 1934, in Allegheny, PA.

James served in the Navy. Following his discharge, James worked as a pharmacist at different hospitals.

James is survived by his stepdaughter, Vonne Michel of Malvern.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by wife, Patricia, and his brother, Dennis.
