Hugh Hawley, 66

Hugh Hawley, 66, of Mechanicstown passed away on Friday Nov. 8, 2024. 

He was born on Aug. 15, 1958, to Charles and Iola Hawley. He has lived in Carroll County for the past 20 years. He married Christine Hawley on Feb. 28, 1980. Hugh is a member of the North Hampton Baptist Church. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife Chris of 44 years; his mother Iola Looney of Akron; children Clay (Dawn) Hawley of Atwater and Chad (Nycole) Hawley of Kensington; three brothers, Dale Hawley, Kenny Hawley and Brian Hawley; grandchildren Kade (Tiffany), Ashlynn, Collin, Klaira and Gage; and great-grandchildren Weston, Lainey and Deegan. Hugh was preceded in death by his Father Charles at a young age and many loving extended family members.

There are no services at this time. Allmon Dugger Cotton Funeral Home assisted the family.
