Dale Kenneth Parker, 74, of Canton, passed away at his residence on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024.
Dale was born in Canton, Ohio on Sept. 14, 1950, to Thomas, Sr. and Margaret (Johnson) Parker.
Dale dedicated 35 years of his professional life to Tennessee Gas in Carrollton, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. Known for his unwavering work ethic and leadership, he made a lasting impact on his colleagues and the industry.
In his personal time, Dale was an avid tinkerer who loved to fix and repair things. His ability to mend and create brought joy to both him and those around him.
Dale leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: his devoted wife of 41 years, Tracy Parker of Canton; his children, Danielle (David) Thompson of Canton, Doneisha (Benjamin) Wise of Canton, Morgan (Steve) Parker of Canton and Nicholas (Keeauna) Parker of Canton; seven beloved grandchildren; two great-grandsons; a brother, Thomas Parker, Jr. of Canton; and special family members: mother-in-law, special brother-in-law, sister-in-law, special nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Parker.
Memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Malvern, 311 South Carrollton Street, Malvern, Ohio, on Saturday, Sept. 28, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Bernard Newson, officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 12-1 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Malvern.
