Republicans open local election headquarters

Republican elected officials and 2024 candidates on the Nov. 5 election ballot celebrated the opening of a campaign headquarters Sept. 6.

The headquarters are located in the former Certified gas station at 293 W. Main St., Carrollton (adjacent to Jimmy’s Backyard BBQ.). 

Monica Robb Blasdel, who is seeking re-election to the Ohio House of Representative 79th District, and Al Cutrona, a candidate for Ohio Senate from the 33rd District attended and met with county voters. Local officials in attendance included Carroll County Commissioners Robert “Bob” Wirkner and Donald Leggett, II, Prossecuting Attorney Steven D. Barnett and Recorder Patricia Oyer, who is also chairman of the Carroll County Republican Central & Executive Committee.  

TRUMP 2024 signs and other items will be available, sponsored by the Carroll County Republican Women, by donation. Yard signs, large signs and other information from the county Republican team will also be available.

The headquarters will be open through Nov. 15 according to Oyer.
