Nutcracker to be shown at Roxy Theatre; COVID-19 guidelines to be followed

The Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce’s Roxy Theatre will show “The Nutcracker,” rated G,  Saturday, Dec. 19, at 7 p.m.

The 1993 movie of the George Balanchine ballet features Macaulay Culkin and the New York City Ballet.

In order to abide by the state’s guidelines, guests will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entry, every other row will be closed, and each group of patrons must sit six feet away from other groups. The Roxy’s seating capacity is currently 28.

Admission is $3 per person, and doors will open at 6:15 p.m.

The Roxy Theater is located at 120 N. Market St. in Minerva’s historic downtown.
