Donald Leggett II sworn in as commissioner

Donald “Pete” Leggett II was sworn in by Judge Gary Willen as the new Carroll County commissioner on Dec. 20. Joined in the commissioner’s chambers by his wife, Becky, Leggett was elected commissioner in the Nov. 8 election. He thanked everyone for the opportunity and wished all a Merry Christmas.
