Evanich Accounting purchases K.W. Hoopes; retains staff, locations

Evanich Accounting & Tax LLC has purchased K.W. Hoopes & Associates and will retain the locations and staff members of both firms.

Kenny Hoopes, CPA, CFA, founded K.W. Hoopes & Associates in 1985, and he is beginning the transition to retirement.

“My staff and I look forward to joining the Evanich team. We have already begun working with Rudy and his staff to integrate our systems,” Hoopes said.

Rudy Evanich, CPA, and Judie Evanich founded Evanich Accounting & Tax in 1983, and the firm has grown over the years to include their daughters, Heather Evanich Husted, CPA, and Ashley Evanich Zahn.

“I appreciate Kenny’s desire to make an orderly transition on the path to retirement and allowing my firm the opportunity to be a part of that,” said Rudy. “I’m also pleased that his staff has agreed to continue working with us to serve you as they have in the past.
