Aston fills seat on elections board

Todd S. Aston (left) of Carrollton was sworn in to fill a Republican seat on the Carroll County Board of Elections July 28.  Aston, of Deerhaven Dr. SW, replaces Jeff Mangun who resigned effective June 30. He represents Carrollton A precinct on the Republican Central and Executive Committee and served as a poll worker the last two elections. 

He was sworn in by Carroll County Clerk of Courts William Wohlwend (shown at right).
