The Annual Financial Report of the Village of Dellroy for the year ending 2022 has been completed and is available for inspection at the office of the Fiscal Officer at Village Hall, 2 East Main St, Dellroy, Ohio.

THE 2023 VILLAGE OF DELLROY COUNCIL MEETINGS are held monthly on the second Monday at 7:00 P.M. at the Dellroy Community Hall.

UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF BENEFICIAL OHIO INC. D/B/A

BENEFICIAL MORTGAGE CO. OF OHIO, you will take notice that on December 6, 2022, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the CARROLL County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2022CVE30161, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $85,194.65, plus interest at 1.000% per annum from December 26, 2021, plus late charges and fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1115 FRONT ST CARROLLTON, OH 44015, being permanent parcel number Parcel Number: TRACT 1, 33-0000278.000, TRACT 11, 33-0000277.000, and TRACT 111 33-0001354.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the twenty-eighth day following the last date of Publication.
