JOHN DOE, Unknown Father of BRAIDYN J. E. GREATHOUSE whose current residence is unknown, will take notice that in Case No. 20244029 Petition for Custody has been filed by Attorney Kelley Broadwater representing Gary J. Greathouse.

JOHN DOE, will take notice that he is required to answer this Petition within twenty-eight (28) days after publication of this notice. This matter is pending before the Carroll County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, 119 S. Lisbon Street, Carrollton, Ohio 44615. This matter is set for a Pretrial Hearing in said court on the 26th day of November, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Carroll County Agricultural Society members will vote on the following amendment during the Annual Meeting to be held on Monday, November 11, 2024:

The Carroll County Agricultural Society shall not be a permit holder to sell alcoholic beverages at a Society event, including the Fair. The Society may, by a majority vote of the Board, contract with a permit holder to sell or dispense alcoholic beverages as provided by law. The Society may, by a majority vote of the Board, use moneys provided by the state, county, or another source to reimburse the contracted permit holder for the purchase price of the alcoholic beverages.
