B. Parking Lots
1. Job & Family Services (95 E. Main Street)
2. Health Department (301 Moody Avenue SW)
3. Dog Pound (2185 Kensington Road NE)
4. Transit (2205 Commerce Drive)

C. Emergency 
On Call – Snow & Ice Control – Sidewalks and Steps
1. EMA (11 E. Main Street)
2. Prosecutor’s Office (7 E. Main Street)
3. Child Support / Jobs building (55 E. Main Street)
4. Courthouse/Sheriff Entrances 
    (43 Second Street SE/119 Public Square)

D. Emergency  
On Call – Snow & Ice Control – Parking Lots 
1. Child Support Enforcement Agency / Prosecutor       parking lot (between 7 & 55 E. Main)
2. Upper Parking Lot – Courthouse 
    (across from Sheriff/Courthouse side entrance)
3. Alley Parking Lot – Courthouse 
    (beside Courthouse – access from S. Lisbon Street)

The deadline for the quotes to be received in the Commissioners’ office will be October 10, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Quotes may also be emailed to [email protected][email protected][email protected] by the October 10, 2024 deadline. The quotes will be for the period retroactive to October 1, 2024 through August 31, 2027.  If you would like to view these areas and/or need clarification on any property included in the above, please contact the Commissioners’ Office.

Please also provide a copy of your Workers’ Compensation Certificate, Proof of Liability Insurance and W-9 with the quote. Thank you.
