A Public Hearing will be held June 20, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. regarding the 
CARROLL COUNTY, OHIO SUBDIVISION 
REGULATIONS UPDATES
Notice is hereby given that the Carroll County Regional Planning Commission, Carroll County, Ohio will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed updates to the Carroll County, Ohio Subdivision Regulations.

The Carroll County, Ohio Subdivision Regulations are intended to provide procedures and standards in order to promote a sound working relationship between the governmental officials responsible for community design and the prospective land developer.

As part of the update process, the public may view the proposed Carroll County, Ohio Subdivision Regulations updates which have the new language highlighted in yellow, and the language to be removed has been struck through. The updates can be viewed in the following ways:
• A copy of the proposed Carroll County, Ohio Subdivision Regulations updates is available for viewing in the Carroll County Commissioners office on the second floor of the Courthouse and in the Regional Planning Commission Office on the third floor of the Courthouse located at 119 S. Lisbon St., Suite 201, Carrollton, Ohio 44615. 
• Residents may view the proposed Carroll County, Ohio Subdivision Regulations updates by going to https://carrollcountyohio.us/public-notices/ and clicking on the Proposed Carroll County, Ohio Subdivision Regulations Updates link in the Bid Notices column. 
• Residents may request a printed copy of the proposed Carroll County, Ohio Subdivision Regulations updates by calling the Carroll County Commissioners office at 330.627.4869. The cost is $10.00 for a black and white copy, or $25.00 for a color copy (cash or check). 
 
The public meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2024 in the Carrollton Village Hall located at 80 2nd. St. SE, Carrollton, OH. 44615. The meeting will be held in the Village Council’s meeting room. The purpose of the public meeting is to allow residents to ask questions and share their concerns regarding the proposed Carroll County, Ohio Subdivision Regulations updates.
