Wild turkey blamed for SR 164 fatal accident

CCM Staff Report A wild turkey is blamed for a motorcycle accident that took the life of an East Liverpool woman June 5 in Orange Township. Carroll County Sheriff Dale Williams said the accident remains under investigation. Warriors recognize coach during Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The Carrollton Warriors football team wore pink jerseys during the Oct. 2 game to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but chose to honor one of their own fighting cancer prior to the contest with Cambridge. The Warriors recognized Coach Josh Beadnell, who was diagnosed with cancer in June 2020, and his family during pre-game festivities.
