By Thomas Clapper CCM Reporter A large mustache sculpture honoring longtime Minerva Mayor Jim Waller was dedicated with his family in Waller’s memory on Oct. 11.  The sculpture was funded by Minerva Arts Council, the village of Minerva, Village Councilman Nathan Meadows, Greg and Cathy Horn and Phil and Emily Turske. Brown Local Schools and Aultman Health will celebrate a partnership to bring a new school-based health center to the district with a groundbreaking ceremony Oct. 22 at 9 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the school, located at 3242 Coral Rd.
