A Florida man was transported to Aultman Hospital by EMT ambulance following an accident Aug. 16 the closed “town hill” just east of Carrollton for several hours. According to a crash report filed by Carroll County Sheriff Dept. personnel, the department received a call at 3:08 a.m. of the crash.
