Grace Charlotte (Hale) Seward, 94, of Cambridge, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at The Cambridge Place. Born March 15, 1928, in West Chester, PA, she was a daughter of the late Charles Hale and Grace C. (Coe) Hale. Earshel “Carl” Mullins, 88, of East Canton passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2022.   Born March 30, 1934, in Winifrede, WV, he was a son to Ray and Locie (White) Mullins.
