Kelsey Robinson joins Aultman Therapy Services team

2020 Census: Residents migrate away from rural counties

Carroll and four of the five surrounding counties experienced a decrease in population over the last decade, according to 2020 Census figures. The data showed Carroll County lost 2,115 residents over the last decade, after staying nearly stagnant for the previous 10-year cycle.  The 2020 figure of 26,721 is down 7.3 percent from the 2010 population of 28,836.   Stark County had a minimal decline of .2 percent or 733 residents.
