Richard E. Tucker, 75, of Carrollton, died Wednesday evening, Jan. 5, 2022, in Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital at Dover following a brief illness. Born Feb. 17, 1946, in Winchester, MA, he was the son of the late Carle Richard and Marilyn Frances Greel Tucker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Mays; a great-granddaughter, Hallie Rose Tucker; two brothers, Francis Tucker and William Tucker; and
