Youngstown man leads authorities on chase, rams police cruiser

A chase that led law enforcement through two counties landed a Youngstown man in jail. While on patrol Nov. 9, a Carrollton Police officer witnessed a silver van approach the cruiser and make an abrupt turn into a W. Main St. convenience store. Scarecrows come to life through mind of local girl, leads her to author book series

Police chief addresses golf carts, parking meters, political signs

Grand jury indicts four for vehicle thefts

Indictments for those involved in the theft of vehicles and tools from two Carroll County locations were included in the 15 returned by a Carroll County grand jury Oct.13.
