CCM Staff Report A Massillon woman died as the result of a 4-wheeler accident April 4 on Citrus Rd. in Brown Twp. Meghan Turner, 30, of Massillon, was transported by Quad Ambulance and pronounced dead at Aultman Hospital. According to Carroll County Sheriff Dale R.
